In the email that accompanied Mailer I, Jeremy Herbert, the host coordinator, let the cat out of the bag that the rules could be found here: http://content.geoinstitute.org/student/Geo-Challenge.html>  I have included the email below as an attachment.  More info will be in Mailer II including any changes the hosting committee makes with respect to HQ's rules...the committee might be changing the gradation of materials to be used but this should be confirmed in Mailer II.
