We are using gravel as one additional item, how do you recommend we price this for our cost analysis?

For pricing bonus items, it is recommended that you use the purchase price of the item.  For example, if you bought gravel at $40 per yard, and used a whole yard, your cost would be $40 but if you used a portion of that, take the same portion of the price.
