The rules for the Transportation Competition are going to be produced by the hosting committee.  General rules will be out in either Mailers II or III and final rules may be release the day of the event.  At the time of writing, the only requirement for the competition is a thorough knowledge of Transportation Engineering.  Participation in each team and how well each team does earns each school points.  Further details will be provided in Mailer II, Mailer III as well as the website
