For quantities that have to be measured out such as sand (which can be washed before hand) do we bring the sand in the measured quantities needed already? Or do we have to wash all the sand and measure it at the competition?

For measured quantities, bring the item in the original packaging or close to it as possible. For washed sand, all of the sand must be washed, brought to competition, and measured on site during the first stage.
