If the wood or a similar construction material, such as PVC pipe, can be bought in different lengths then yes, teams may bring both sizes to the competition as long as the sizes are not cut further and should be in or at least with their original packaging/labels. For example, if a local hardware store sells both 4-foot lengths and 5-foot lengths then both lengths can be brought to the competition.
