For calculating cost, do items have to always be rounded up to the nearest whole unit?

For example, if only half a pound of a material such as Oxiclean Stain Remover is used, do we calculate the cost for half the unit price, so half a pound, or does it cost the full price of a pound?

Answer: When calculating cost, the items must be rounded up to the nearest whole unit; so half a pound of Oxyclean will cost the same as a pound of it.
